You can not install updates in rooted phones. If you are not rooted and facing those problems please make backup of your apps, contacts and files then try resetting your phone. If resetting does not solves the problem then you need to flash stock ROM. Link for stock Samsung ROMS is -j200h select your phone model and region and download. This is stock recovery which has few options only. You have probably used it to reset your android mobile. You can not install/flash flashable zip file using stock recovery but official OTA updates can be flashed. 2ff7e9595c
